Returns, Cancellations & Shipping Policy

These Terms & Conditions apply to all custom-decorated, pre-decorated, and made-to-order products sold by Ricart Inc through this store and its affiliated programs.


1. Custom Production & Order Processing

All products sold by Ricart Inc are custom-made to order. This includes pre-decorated items, customer-designed garments, and on-demand production.

Because production may begin shortly after an order is placed, orders cannot be changed, cancelled, or exchanged once production has started.

If you believe an order was placed in error, please contact us as soon as possible. Requests received before production begins will be reviewed on a best-efforts basis and are not guaranteed.


2. Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible.

  • If a cancellation request is approved before production begins, a refund may be issued to the original payment method.
  • If production has already started, the order cannot be cancelled and is not eligible for refund.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

3. No Exchanges Policy

Exchanges are not offered.

All items are custom-decorated or produced to order and cannot be exchanged for different sizes, colors, styles, or design changes.

Customers are strongly encouraged to review size charts, product descriptions, and design previews carefully before placing an order.


4. Corrections for Store Errors

While exchanges are not offered for customer-requested changes, Ricart Inc fully stands behind the accuracy of its production.

If an error occurs due to human or production error, such as:

  • An incorrect product supplied
  • An incorrect size shipped
  • Decoration or customization not matching the approved order or proof

The issue will be corrected to ensure the final product matches the original order and approved details.

Corrections for verified store errors may include repair, remake, or replacement at no additional cost to the customer.


5. Returns & Defective Orders

Due to the custom nature of all products, all sales are final.

If there is an issue related to manufacturing defects, decoration errors, or shipping damage, customers must notify Ricart Inc within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • The order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue

Approved claims may result in repair, replacement, or store credit, at Ricart Inc’s discretion.

Unauthorized returns or returns for non-defective items will not be accepted.


6. Sizing & Color Disclaimer

  • Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size, including Youth vs. Adult sizing.
  • Refunds, replacements, or credits are not provided for sizing errors.
  • Minor color variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions, or supplier dye lots and do not qualify for return or replacement.

7. Local Pick-Up & Storage (Abandonment Policy)

  • Where local pick-up is offered, customers will be notified when their order is ready.
  • Orders must be collected within 60 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise specified by a particular store or program.
  • Reasonable attempts to contact the customer may be made using the contact information provided at checkout.
  • If pick-up is not possible, shipping arrangements may be made once the balance is paid in full. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Orders not collected within the stated timeframe — and where no shipping arrangements have been made — will be considered abandoned.
  • Abandoned orders are not eligible for refund, replacement, or continued storage.

8. Shipping (Canada, USA & International)

Orders may be shipped within Canada, to the United States, or internationally where available.

Ricart Inc genuinely appreciates its customers in the United States and around the world and is committed to making international ordering and delivery as clear and smooth as possible. As international shipping requirements evolve, adjustments that improve delivery flow and clarity will be implemented where feasible.

Shipping charges cover transportation only and do not include duties, brokerage fees, tariffs, customs charges, or import taxes imposed by the destination country or courier.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree that:

  • Their country, customs authority, or courier may impose additional fees upon import
  • All duties, brokerage fees, tariffs, and import taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient
  • When delivery notifications are issued, the customer is solely responsible for paying any required fees

Refusing a shipment due to duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, or taxes does not constitute a cancellation.
Orders refused at delivery are not eligible for refund, in whole or in part.

This is especially important for shipments to the United States, where import-related fees may significantly increase the final delivered cost.


9. Delivery & Risk of Loss

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only
  • Ricart Inc is not responsible for courier delays, customs processing delays, or events beyond its control
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses
  • Ownership and risk transfer to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier

10. Digital Proofs

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all digital proofs before production begins.

Approved proofs are considered final. Changes requested after approval may result in additional costs and production delays.


11. Limitation of Liability

Liability is strictly limited to the value of the affected portion of the order.

Ricart Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
